Ever been lost in the woods?  Join Park Ranger Clay Veasey to find out how to keep from getting lost and how to survive if you do.  Discuss survival kits, finding shelter, fire building and much more.  This program will take place in our outdoor amphitheater located off of the Lake Channel Overlook Trail.  Meet in the Lake James State Park campground parking lot at 9:00 a.m. and hike to the amphitheater.  In inclement weather meet at the park office.  For more information, call 828-652-5047.  Free; Lake James State Park is in Marion.
