Join a park ranger for a leisurely morning paddle along the shores of Lake James. Pleae dress appropriately and bring water, snacks and sunscreen. Canoes, paddles and life jackets provided. Due to the nature of this program, pariticpant size is limited to 12. Call the park office, 828-652-5047 for program registration by 12 noon on July 10th. Only registered individuals may participate, and please, no children under the age of 7 years. Meet at the Lake James State Park office at 10 a.m.; free.
